Plumbing: RESOLVED!! (for now)

I mentioned last week that the pipes leading out of our house froze with temperatures staying consistently under freezing. Jed and our landlord got to work, putting in a new, skinnier pipe to direct water out of the barn where it had been overflowing as a temporary fix.

However, within the last couple of days, temperatures have warmed up just enough to dethaw the pipes...and we are back in business!! No more showering at the in-laws, thinking it is unfair that Jed can just go outside to relieve himself while it's not quite so simple for me. So, life has gotten much more 21st century, at least for now... *sigh*
